Incorporated in October of 1992 and classified as a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt organization, the Tidewater Winds operates on an annual budget of approximately $200,000.   The largest expense in this budget is actual cost of presenting our concerts which includes compensation to our conductor and our professional musicians.
