The Tidewater Winds has enriched the arts scene of Hampton Roads since its founding in 1985. All concerts are FREE and open to the public. Funding in part is provided by state and local arts commissions, the National Endowment For the Arts, private foundations and businesses and, most importantly, from individual contributors.
